Framekind is an AI-assisted Flutter studio operated by Brightforge Software Inc. We process only the account, project, generation, billing, security, and support data needed for the product. We do not sell personal information or use private projects to train a public model.

Controller and contact

Brightforge Software Inc., Delaware, United States, with its product team in Helsinki, Finland, is the controller for Framekind product data. Contact [email protected] with subject "Framekind privacy".

What we process

AI processing

Project prompts and relevant context are sent to contracted model infrastructure, currently including Nebius Token Factory, to provide generation. AI code may be incorrect or insecure. Do not submit credentials, regulated personal data, or material you cannot lawfully process. Review and test output before release.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the service contract, secure and operate the product, prevent abuse, comply with billing and legal duties, and answer support. For EEA users, bases include contract, legitimate interests in security and reliability, consent where required, and legal obligation.

Providers and transfers

Framekind uses Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Heroku and Cloudflare for hosting, Nebius for generation, Stripe for eligible web billing, and Apple/Google for sign-in or storefront services. Data may be processed outside your country under applicable safeguards.

Storage, cookies, and security

The marketing site currently uses no advertising or cross-site analytics cookies. The web app uses essential storage for its session and product state. We use encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep independent backups and never place production secrets in prompts.

Retention and deletion

Project and account data remains while the account is active. Signed-in users can choose "Delete account" in Framekind Settings; the service cancels owned active web subscriptions first, removes Framekind project/job data, and deletes the shared Brightforge authentication identity and linked product access. The same sign-in will stop working in other Brightforge products. Some security, tax, and transaction records may remain where law requires. You may also email a verified request.

Your rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion and complain to a data protection authority. California residents may request to know, correct, or delete covered information without discrimination. Framekind does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Age and changes

Framekind is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
