Agreement and age
By using Framekind, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Apple-platform downloads are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
Your projects
You retain ownership of prompts, source, and projects you provide, subject to third-party rights. You grant Framekind the limited permission required to host, process, generate, and return that content. You are responsible for reviewing generated code, dependencies, licenses, security, accessibility, privacy, and store compliance before release.
AI output
AI-generated plans and code can be incomplete, insecure, or incorrect. Framekind is an assistive studio, not a substitute for engineering review. Keep backups, inspect diffs, run tests, and never treat a generated build as production-ready without verification.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law, privacy, intellectual property, platform rules, or system security; upload malware or credentials; evade limits; or use the service to harm people or infrastructure. We may restrict abusive access.
Subscriptions, trials, and promotions
Optional web plans renew until cancelled. The exact trial, local price, tax, renewal interval, and cancellation terms are shown by Stripe before purchase. Eligible promotion codes are accepted only in Stripe-hosted web Checkout. The current Apple build does not promise in-app purchase of a web plan. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; deleting a Framekind account attempts to cancel owned active web subscriptions first.
Deletion and availability
You may delete the shared Brightforge account from Framekind Settings. This removes the shared sign-in and linked product access across Brightforge products; offline copies you exported remain under your control. Provider and maintenance interruptions can occur, and features, limits, and prices may change prospectively. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Warranty and liability
Framekind is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Brightforge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss where exclusion is lawful. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
